Coco Bolos Wood-Fire Grill & Cantina was serving up loud food and spicy music to its customers from the heart of Aggieville from 1998 until January of 2022. Throughout their more than 20 years, they delighted thousands of guests with their unique flavors of the Gulf Coast, Southern New Mexico and South Texas. Catering continued through 2025 out of their off-site catering kitchen. 

 

We know many of you have fond memories of times spent in our restaurant or at events we catered. Thank you for making us part of your celebrations over these past 25 plus years. It’s been an honor to be small part of your life in this city we love so much.
